The Shack never misses—especially with Camila on the floor! First time here and I’m already planning my next visit. Camila was an absolute QUEEN. Super sweet, quick with the service, and made the whole night feel easy and fun. You can tell she actually enjoys what she does, and it shows in the way she treats her tables. If you want good food, good drinks, and great service, ask for Camila. She’s the real MVP.
10/10 experience. The food was delicious but what truly stood out was the service. Our server, Emily, was exceptional from start to finish. She struck the perfect balance between warm and professional, knew the menu inside and out, and made some fantastic recommendations. Met our needs perfectly , best service by far! It’s rare to find someone so genuinely attentive. Can’t wait to come back!
Excellent Service & Vibes — Thanks to Camila! Had an amazing experience at The Shack, and I have to give major props to our server, Camila. She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell she’s super on top of her game—great timing, great attitude, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The food and drinks were bomb, but Camila’s service took it to the next level. Highly recommend asking for her!
Food is great and the atmosphere but the servers are wonderful you can tell they are being trained well. I had the pleasure of having Kyah as my server and was she not the most kindest girl ever knew the menu and kept checking on me to make sure everything was great. The sack is the best!

From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be spot on. What stood out the most was her genuine friendliness and effortless ability to make us feel welcome and cared for. You could tell she takes pride in what she does, and it absolutely shows. Experience was great! One small issue with my child not liking a flavor of her wings! Jose the manager right away said no problem got new flavor in less than 3 mins very impressed !! Thank your Jose thank you staff!

She was super attentive without being overbearing, gave great recommendations, and kept the good energy flowing all night. You can tell she actually cares—drinks came out fast, food was hot, and she checked in at all the right times. If you’re stopping by, definitely ask for Camila. She’ll take care of you and make sure your night is top tier!
10/10 — Camila is THAT girl! Came to The Shack not knowing what to expect and left obsessed—mostly thanks to our server Camila. She’s seriously the sweetest, super quick with the refills, and made us feel like VIPs the whole time. The place has good energy, but Camila? She’s the reason we’re coming back. If you want great service and someone who actually makes your night better, ask for her. Period.
